There will be an unveiling of a Vermont historic site marker for Athletic Park, where the Wonder Team played its home games. The event will take place on Saturday, April 30, at the corner of Riverside Avenue and Intervale Road in Burlington, the current site of Charlebois Truck Parts. It will begin with a cookout at 1 p.m., followed by lectures by baseball historians Dick Leyden and Tom Simon, and the unveiling at approximately 3:30 p.m.

We hope you will join us for an event that promises to be a great celebration of the early days of UVM athletics.

In addition to the Site Marker unveiling on the 30th of April, there will be another Alumni vs Club Team game happening at Dorset Park Field starting at 11am on Sunday May 1st.  All are welcome to attend (playing or not playing) as there will be a cookout to follow.  The alumni will have the field from 10-11 to take a quick BP and get a little infield/outfield practice.
